You've read and heard that Brian Westbrook is through but I've looked closely at last week's Eagles-Cowboys game and I don't agree with that assessment.  He just needs more room to operate.

I stood in the Eagles lockeroom yesterday and listened to LeSean McCoy being interviewed by some reporters as his fellow running back Brian Westbrook toweled off at the next locker.

You remember the Brian Westbrook of 06' and 07', who single-handedly carried the Eagles offense on the ground and in the air.

Andy Reid said that he expects Brian Westbrook to be cleared to play this week.  Still I doubt that any Eagles fans will put much hope in seeing Westbrook back out there and injruy-free this weekend.

For yet another week, the Eagles were effective on the ground, they kept their offense balanced and were able to make some valuable yardage when the ran the football.

One of the keys to being able to play in the National Football League is having the ability to play free from fear.  That's a problem now with veteran running back Brian Westbrook and he's admitted it.

To the shock of no one on the planet, including people that don't even know what football is, Brian Westbrook has been ruled out of this week's game against the Bears.
