I don't know what's going to be said to Donovan McNabb when this camp is over
but somebody had better make it clear to him that he needs to shut down the workouts on his shoulder. This shoulder problem is nothing to play with.
As I have said, this guy is a worker but that's no always the proper solution. In this case work is not the answer.
McNabb must shut things down. He doesn't need to be taking any more batting practice with the Phillies and he doesn't need to head back out to Arizona to throw 100's of passes each day. He needs to rest his shoulder.
I commend him for his work ethic. This is one of the reasons he's had such an outstanding career but more work is not the answer in this situation.
