More bad news just came in. Cornelius Ingram the Eagles promising young tight end who had exhibited so much skill and talent has another torn ACL.
It didn't look good today when I noticed he wasn't even at the practice. On Thursday he was on the field but not practicing. Today he was no where to be found.
I knew something had really gone wrong when I saw the article on PhiladelphiaEagles.com talking about the Birds working out tight ends this morning.
Now he's going to miss another season and be forced to put in the work to make a comeback. A number of teams had said they wouldn't draft Ingram because they didn't feel his kneee surgery had been performed properly.
This young man who was being labeled the steal of the draft is now on the shelf for a year. He won't help the Birds this year.
This has been an awful week for the Birds and we still don't know what the situation is with DeSean Jackson.
