Early Games And Predictions For Eagles-Giants Game

The one o’clock games are completed and now the four o’clock games are underway.  The Mark Sanchez-led drive by the Jets to beat the Texans was amazing. He made a great pass to Santonio Holmes for the winning score.

The MInnesota Vikings have quit and it’s about time to bench Brett Favre and announce his retirement.  Brad Childress won’t be in Minnesota next year to go down to Mississippi to beg Favre to play another season.

How do you like that, Donovan McNabb led a two-minute drive to put the Skins in position to win?  He did it again in overtime and the Skins won their fifth game.

The Cowboys have put two wins back-to-back by beating the Lions today.  Their season is over but Jason Garrett is trying to keep his job.

It’s too bad the Arizona Cardinals aren’t on the Eagles schedule, they’re horrible.  Kansas City blew them out today.

The Raiders fell apart against the Steelers, which wasn’t exactly a surprise.

Head coach Jack Del Rio is fighting for his life in Jacksonville as they edged the Browns in the chase of the playoffs.

That T.O. and Ocho Cinco Show should be canceled and we don’t need to hear from them for the rest of the season as the Bengals were destroyed by the Buffalo Bills, 49-31.  What do two guys on a 2-8 team have to say?

How bad are the Panthers?  John Fox is probably talking to other head coaches around the league in search of his next job.

Some of the Eagles and Giants are already walking onto the field and loosening up.  This is going to be a good one tonight at Lincoln Financial Field.

Who do you think is going to be the Eagles MVP for this game?  Will Vick do it again or will somebody else contribute the most to an Eagles win?

If the Birds can give Vick some time, it will be bombs away for the Birds.  I’ve got to stay with Vick in this one until he shows us he’s human.  I see the Birds winning a high-scoring close one, 30-26.

Gotta tell ya. I’ve got some serious concerns about a Vick injury tonight. Between the GMen’s record for knocking QB’s out of games, knowing that trading a 15 yard penatly or fine for knocking Vick out of the game or season is a cheap price compared to the Giants benefit for the game or season, Vick’s unwilligness to slide and the O lines challenges, I’m lookin’ for a dog… Hope Vick’s deep drops, his legs and the O line can keep him healthy!

This Current Colt team is not very good, just too many injuries have made them an average team.
What’s happened to the rushing DE’s teandem of (Freeney/MAthis) lately, they look average at best..
Colts could struggle to even make the playoffs this season and if they do, wont be able to match up
against the more physical teams like Steelers,Ravens,Jets,Patriots..
Big Wins today by the Packers and current leads by the Tampa and the Saints make this game versus the Giants a must win.. I think the NFC East only gets the Division Winner in as a playoff team this year and the wildcards will be from the NFC South and NFC North

I predict a 31-13 Eagels Win,
I think the Giants will trush the ball 40-50 times to protect Eli Manning behind a very banged-up O/Line. I expect them to to rush Bradhshaw/JAcobs to the right side behind RG C Snee and RT McKenzie ans their left side of their O/Line is inexperienced and not very good. I also expet Manning to throw lots of screens,roll-outs to his right and of course some bubble screens.. Look for 3-4 shots down the field throwing to H Nicks down the left-sideline which is Eli’s favorite throw
The only way I see the Giants winning is if they are succesful in running the ball and keeping the Eagles O off the field..Turnovers and Penalties will be big and the Giants will need to win in those cartegories to have a chance.. To be honest, The Eagles if they play smart and aggresive, really should beat this injured GIant team out who are missing 5 Starters from Offense 3 OL, Starting FB, Starting WR and a hurting TE just from their Offense side of the ball .. I think we will see the Giants run run run to shorten game and protect Eli and to keep it away from Vick & Co, the Giants are not in the position to play a shoot out game with their injuries they have on Offense…

G, I didn’t see Woodhead play in the preseason but he sure is burning it up for the Pats. Who saw this guy coming??? It kinda reminds me of Amendola going from the Cowboys to the Eagles and finally to the Rams before he had his breakout. Keeping Amendola instead of where we have Chad Hall now would be awesome for us…
