Vick Was In A Confrontation Before Leaving The Restaurant

I thought we had heard all the  versions of what happened that night at the Guadalajara restaurant, but now one of the legal authorities who investigated the incident has added more details of an incident that happened just before Michael Vick left the restaurant that night.

According to Commonwealth’s Attorney Harvey L. Bryant of Virginia Beach, Vick was involved in a confrontation outside the establishment before leaving that evening.

“There were some confrontations between individuals and between groups and¬† Michael Vick was involved in one of those confrontations, “Bryant said, per WAVY. “[It was] a confrontation that involved shouting, words passing, some bumping.”

Vick was corralled by some of his friends and forced into a limousine.  Once in the limo, Vick was so upset that he got back out of the limo and he was corralled again and put back into the limo before pulling off.

“In terms of just using good judgment, at one point, he got in the limousine, and should have left at that point,” Bryant said of Vick. “He got out of the limousine, and with the help of several friends, he was returned to t the limousine and left.”

I don’t know why it took so long for this to come out, but it’s definitely not good news for Vick and could be mark the end of his NFL career.

Update:¬† The Eagles have told Jeff McLane of Philly.com that the word “confrontation” is a mischaracterization of what happened.¬† It makes you think that the Eagles are going to stand beside Vick.

Non Story here G, this is probably the version that Mike Vick told the police when he voluntarily came forward, this is also probably the version he told to Roger Goodell and the Eagle FO. Again this is a non story if the Eagles make a move on Vick it will be during training camp if he shows he cannot handle the offense.

I really dislike Vick and I’ve made no secret about it… but pretty much every article here says the latest factoid about this incident might mark the end of his career, and it hasn’t happened yet. It’s a little too much hyperbole…

Guilty until proven innocent G.

Because of who he is, he’s already considered guilty. Its a shame but it seems like everyone is already saying Vick was involved without giving this a chance to unfold. Thus, guilty until proven innocent.

I heard he didn’t like the “Pulled Pork Sandwiches” from the Kitchen G..
that is was marinated in Western NC style (More ketchup based) instead of Eastern NC/Southern Va style of Vinegar base… But I don’t claim to know much about this situation at all…

Look at Paul Man showing his BBQ knowledge. My mother is from Eastern NC so of course I was brought up on the vinegar based.

Chicago, Ill is known as the “Windy City” due to the large number of politicians that can talk at length and say very little…nickname was given to the city by newspaper writers in the late 1800’s….also, the whole “Second City” nickname was obtained when the city annexed large portions of the suburbs in the late 1880’s to over take Philadelphia as the second largest city in the US next to NYC……P-man isn’t the only one who’s wife says he is full of absolutely useless information

This is all ridiculous. Regardless of whether he got angry, got into a heated conversation it’s irrelevant as long as he didn’t do anything illegal…like shoot someone. NFL can do a lot of things, but niether the NFL or the Eagles can legally tell Vick he has to live in 9×12 white room between games to keep a contract.

I’ll NEVER eat a cheesesteak from Larry’s.

also for you dalessandro‚Äôs folks…Chubby’s across the street is better. lol

I gotta try a cheesesteak from John’s Roast Pork, they did get “Best of Philly” for cheesesteaks not that long ago. Anybody been there?
