Haynesworth Accused Of Caressing Breast Of Waitress

I could see this sexual assault case being very difficult to prove in a court of law. The biggest thing Albert Haynesworth will have going against him in this case is his reputation.

The police of report of a Washington D.C. waitress who has accused the Washington Redskins’s defensive tackle of caressing her breath was obtained by NBC Washington television.

The waitress worked at a restaurant in the W Hotel and claims Haynesworth was sitting at a table which she was clearing of dishes. According to the police report, the waitress says Haynesworth wanted to pay his bill with his credit card but her hands were full with dishes.

She says the defensive tackle asked her if it would be alright with her if he put the card in the pocket of her blouse. The waitress says he did but started to caress her breast at the same time.

That will be where the case is decided. How long was his hand on her breast? Was it there for a second? Was it there for two seconds? Three seconds? If he put the card in her pocket with his big hands, chances are he would touch her breast whether he wanted to or not.

How tight were her blouse? How big are her breasts?

Haynesworth knows how to stay in trouble.

According to the waitress the entire incident happened at about 1:30am on Sunday morning. The police report was filed about four hours later at 5:15a.m.

Honestly “Runtheball”, I’m not Haynesworth’s dad. Whether the big man is out grabbing girls breast or not, its the least of my worries personally. All I care about as a fan is if my team wins and seeing a successful product on the field. Now I understand he hasn’t shown the ideal character thus far, but its not like the Eagles FO is putting together a team of criminals. Yes there is Mike Vick, but at this point I think people should use his story as a lesson, that being if you are given a second chance, make the most of it. These incidents that Albert has reoccurring are all very petty. It seems he could use some new scenery. If you put him back under the direction and guidance of Jim Washburn, it might be just the perfect recipe. In the end I am not pardoning any of his actions, but I am also not in any way dismissing the hope of seeing him stuff the middle for the eagles this fall either.

He doesn’t want to play at all, he’s 40 lbs overwieght and has lost his competitive spirit and his will to practice hard and do what it takes to play at th ehighest level in the NFL on a game to game basis.. He’s already pocketed approx $40 million on that $100 Deal he signed with the Redsksins 2 years ago..
Where is his motivation going to come from.. because he doesn’t want to play for the Redsksins, what he wants to get serious and play for old DL Coach J Washburn… They guy is unstable and doesn’t have the heart to play anymore and the Eagles went thru enough of this with Shawn Andrews,, enough already..

The only thing that should matter when it comes to sports is the competition itself. I only care about what a player does 60 mins a week…the other 10080 mins are not owed to me =..just my opinion
