This a great time for Michael Vick. Last year, he worked for the scout team and stayed after practice to work on his skills. This year all of the work is done with Vick as the center of attention.
I think it’s unfortunate that he wasn’t able to work with the coaching staff during this past off season, but the time he’s getting with them right now is invaluable. Think about it, Vick had a great season last year, but he spent little preparation time during the off season and training camp working with the first team.
I could see Andy Reid and Marty Mornhinweg call a play then let Vick run the play. Afterwards they would talk to him about what he saw and how he processed through his read. Vick didn’t get this type of coaching last , then working with
Andy Reid and his staff do a great job of preparing quarterbacks for games and the season.

With all the Wonderful things going on in that FO right now, I almost forget that in reality? the progression of Michael Vick is prolly the single most important thing going on for the Birds right now.
