Phils Sign Kyle Kendrick To One Year Deal

Kyle Kendrick just avoided salary arbitration by agreeing to a one-year deal with the Phillies for $3.585 million.  The right hander is coming a solid season where he had an 8-6 record and a 3.22 ERA.  He appeared in 34 games for the Phils in 2011 and that included a total of 15 starts.

The righthander is 27 years old and going into his sixth season in the Major Leagues and all of his first five season have been spent with the Phillies.

With this Signing, Paulman is now predicting the Phils to win 100 Games and to go ahead and win the WS in 2012.. Go Phils..
